Satin Wellness is an in home personal training provider working with clients on the South Shore of Massachusetts, since 1991. We work with people over the age of 50 to increase their strength, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and overall health. Whether recovering from an injury, dealing with an illness, or just looking to improve your fitness, our experienced Personal Trainers have dealt with many physical issues.
Our Personal Trainers use a proprietary and scientifically proven strength training method, LROME™ (Limited Range of Motion Exercises). This method ensures that all clients increase their strength in a safe way that reduces the risk of injury. Without proper oversight and training techniques it is very easy to injure yourself while exercising or lose motivation. This is why it’s extremely important to work with a qualified and experienced Personal Trainer.
Assessing Your Current Fitness Level
In order to help you achieve your fitness goals, we first like to get an idea of your current health and fitness level. Your first session with your Personal Trainers begins with a fourteen-point benchmark, Strength and Flexibility Assessment. Our industry leading 60-minute Assessment includes a thorough analysis of each individual’s strength and flexibility. The Assessment measures the strength and flexibility of a person’s body; from head to toe.
This assessment helps us to determine the most pressing areas that require more attention. Once completed, we set up an individualized fitness plan based on these findings.
