Deb’s philosophy developed over time and has evolved through her experiences as athlete, coach, student, college professor, personal fitness trainer, wellness coach and mother. Through physical movement, exercise and body awareness, and through self-knowing and self-nurturing, we feel stronger in our bodies and stronger within ourselves, which creates an empowered sense of wellness.

Ilene Kenney
Since 1998, Ilene enjoys working with people of all ages and physical levels. She believes that there is much more to exercise than hard work, it should be fun and non stressful. It is about improving your overall quality of life: physically and emotionally.

Michael Raymond
Michael attended Guilford College in North Carolina where he studied Exercise Science. He is continuing to graduation at Cape Cod Community College. While at Guilford he excelled at baseball until an injury derailed his passion. During rehabilitation, he developed an affinity for the mechanics of the human body.

At 260 pounds, Steve Satin battled weight and sports related injuries and began to realize that it was hard to discern the various methods, equipment and information available to someone wanting to get healthy and well.
