Very few people find it easy to stay at their desired weight, even someone that “should” know better. At 260 pounds, Steve Satin battled weight and sports related injuries and began to realize that it was hard to discern the various methods, equipment and information available to someone wanting to get healthy and well.
With a degree in Exercise Physiology from Bridgewater State College and eight years in the exercise manufacturing industry, Steve leveraged his knowledge and expertise and founded Satin Wellness in 1991. Satin and his staff of specialists are the first and only mobile in-home company that specializes in developing unique and individualized programs for a wide range of people.
We bring wellness to you from Boston to Southeastern Massachusetts and Cape Cod and continue to be the leading provider of one-to-one wellness solutions in Massachusetts.
His years of client expertise, industry knowledge and understanding of the human body have allowed Satin to create a simple and highly effective technique to help people get healthy and fit. As the creator of sLIFE (Satin Life in Focus Exercise), he works to teach, motivate and support his clients as they move toward their individual health and fitness goals.
Satin Wellness continues to thrive under his leadership as does its methods and techniques. Recognizing the success of his program with individual clients, Steve brings his motivation to the nation at large by frequently giving speeches and motivational talks, supporting charity events with kick off stretching clinics as well as being very active in his own community.
Satin is the father of three (22, 19, 17) and brings his health and wellness methods to his family, his friends and his community. He has completed multiple marathons, 20 milers, and half marathons, participates in the annual Falmouth Road Race as well as numerous charitable events.
