Since 1998, Ilene enjoys working with people of all ages and physical levels. She believes that there is much more to exercise than hard work, it should be fun and non stressful. It is about improving your overall quality of life: physically and emotionally. Ilene works with people and helps them increase their wellness and work outside of their comfort zone. Ilene enjoys motivating people to what they feel their limits are and beyond.
